Emeril's Tchoup Chop

The Tchoup Chop is a tour de force for a Pan-Pacific cuisine restaurant. Located at the edge of Universal Studios and Disney World in Florida Tchoup Chop is an example of the cutting edge design skill of David Mexico. For this project, Savoy created dramatic artglass pieces starting with the blue glass wall sconces at the entry. Four 3 foot dia. by 6 foot high Lei flower chandeliers. Each chandelier has over 300 hot cast glass flowers backed with colored frit to add sparkle. The main chandelier is 22 feet long by 12 foot wide and has 26 blue glass pendents suspended over the center reflecting pool.
