Marysville, WASeattle Premium Outlets was constructed as the Puget Sound’s largest upscale factory outlet shopping experience with approximately 120 national tenants located adjacent to the Tulalip Casino in Marysville, Washington. The innovative building design included custom design built tensile canopies that span the common pedestrian arterials to provide shelter from the Northwest elements and protection for the decorative concrete plazas and fountains.
The aggressive 12 month construction schedule for the 50 acre, 400,000 sf complex required utilization of multiple subcontractors in many of the same disciplines to accomplish simultaneous construction of the six retail buildings.
Many features of the shopping experience include tribal and northwest themes that create a unique sense of identity and destination for the Seattle Premium Outlet center.
