Biloxi, MSThe centerpiece at this restaurant is the 9 feet high by 6 feet diameter olive oil jar. Creating this fused and slumped glass and metal feature was a challenge that required making a miniature scale version first. Working out the shapes and colors in this scale took almost as much work as the final piece but was a key step to the success if this project.
The finished product includes four spigots fed through the fixture that supply olive oil to the waiters along with bread baskets along the side.
