Mohegan Sun Casino of the Wind
Uncasville, CT

The Casino of the Wind was an exciting project from start to finish. The ambiance created by Savoy’s pieces is noticed at once upon approaching the entrance of the casino. From the crystal clouds, silk fabric wind and agate torchierers to the 35 foot high chipped glass columns and poker room chandeliers, Savoy’s contributions are very much a part of the soul of the Casino of the Wind. The resin “crystal clouds” and fabric “wind” blow through the casino to the 16 foot high agate torchieres, the twisted metal and glass curtain wall, corn husk pendants, through the chrome tree with blown glass and crystals accents, the steel and crystal leaf chandelier to the spectacular chipped glass columns.

Finished in a five-month time span amid fast time schedules and a set budget Savoy delivered a product of lasting beauty.
