Mohegan Sun Casino of the Sky

The Casino of the Sky was a project that allowed Savoy to really show the range of the techniques we offer. Beyond the custom blown, fused, and kiln textured and colored glass, Savoy created installations combining a variety of mediums including backlit cast resin and frit columns, laminated printed film and glass at the turtle dome, hand painted resin faux onyx bowls trimmed in woven beads, woven metal and wood walls, cast metal and custom wood work fixtures. These are just a few of the ways that Savoy’s work has contributed to the overall design of the casino.
