The Benson Hotel
Portland, ORWork on this historic landmark was mostly completed in just four weeks, while the restaurant and hotel remained open. A complete renovation of the Palm Court Bar and lobby took place and involved new leaded glass windows, casework, marble flooring and furniture. Everything had to match the beautiful and historical finishes that are present throughout the space. The scope consisted of leaded glass exterior windows and the expansion of the existing lobby court bar. The bar also included new millwork and leaded glass walls with banquette seating.
This was a negotiated contract.
